Massachusetts housing fails young professionals on three critical fronts: homeownership is financially out of reach, aging housing stock harms resident's health and wallets, and consistent relocation disrupts the community connections vital to mental health.
About Us

We're building Restored Living by taking lessons from innovative housing solutions around the world and offering them to a new generation stuck with stale housing.
Our first products lower the barrier to home-ownership and adapt homes to truly support resident well-being.
This work extends beyond individual homes: we're pioneering a housing model that can restore financial agency to a locked-out generation, heal the social fabric of our communities, and prove that the future of living is collaborative, not competitive.
